The Scott County Health Department has announced a collaboration with Indiana Health Centers (IHC) Mobile Van. The IHC mission is to provide high-quality, affordable patient-centered healthcare to underserved areas of Indiana.
Services include:
•Well and sick medical care for all ages
•Preventative health services
•Chronic disease management
•Referrals for specialty care
•Case management services
•Laboratory testing
•Pregnancy Diagnosis
•Prenatal Care
•Geriatric Care
The IHC Van will be at the Scott County Health Department on Tuesday, October 13; Monday, November 9, and Monday, December 7. They will be set up in the parking lot from 10 am to 2 pm.
Medicaid/Medicare and most private insurances are accepted. For those without insurance there is a sliding fee scale for those who qualify. Call the Scott County Health Department at 812-752-8455 with any questions.
