By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Washington Circuit Court of Washington County, Indiana, in Cause No. 88C01-2511-MF-000903  wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Richard Axsom was a Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on September 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM., at 801 Jackson Street, Salem, IN  47167, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Washington County, Indiana.

Sixty four feet of equal width off of the east end of Lot #20 in the Alspaugh Addition to the Town (now City) of Salem, Indiana, a subdivision in the Northwest quarter of Section 17, Township 2 North, Range 4 East, as shown by plat thereof in Deed Record Z-2, page 170 of the records of Washington County, Indiana.
