Global Tier One automotive supplier AISIN Corporation has announced changes to the executive teams at two AISIN companies in Indiana: AISIN Drivetrain, Inc., Crothersville; and AISIN USA Manufacturing, Seymour. The announcement, effective immediately, was made by Scott Turpin, president and COO, AISIN World Corp. of America, who announced the following:
•Joe Neuman of Madison was named president, AISIN Drivetrain, Inc. (ADI)
•Rob Crosser of New Albany was named executive vice president and officer, Administration (ADI)
•Whitney Fritz of Brownstown was named vice president, Plant 1, AISIN USA Manufacturing (AUM)

Neuman was promoted to president of ADI, which manufactures transmissions, power steering columns, electric rear axles and electric water pumps for customers including Toyota, Lexus, Honda and Stellantis. A 10-year veteran of ADI, Neuman was previously executive vice president and officer responsible for ensuring that all functions of operations work continuously and efficiently including supply chain, internal manufacturing and customer satisfaction.

Crosser was promoted to executive vice president and officer, Administration, at ADI. He is responsible for leading finance, human resources, cost control, systems engineering, safety & environmental, business planning and compliance activities. Crosser, a 27-year veteran of ADI, has held several positions including production control specialist, software administrator and manager of Cost Control. In 2016, Crosser was promoted to division manager of Administration and led the Cost Control, Finance, Human Resources, Safety/Environmental and IT departments. In 2023, Crosser was named vice president of Administration.

Fritz was promoted to vice president, Plant 1, at AUM, where she began her career in 2013. She is responsible for all assembly processes including body, weld, surface treatment, door frames, seats and systems assembly. In addition, Fritz oversees various Plant 1 departments, including Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering. Since joining AUM, Fritz has been promoted several times and has held a number of positions, including quality engineer, quality group leader, quality unit manager and quality general manager. In 2024, she was recognized as a key leader/contributor to AUM’s receipt of two quality awards from Subaru of Indiana (Automotive Supplier Special Recognition Award); and TBAKI, a joint venture between Toyota Boshoku America, Inc. and AKI USA (Most Improved Supplier Quality).
