Arrests continue to be made by Scott County Sheriff’s Deputies as the push continues in the quest to make Scott County drug-free.

On Sunday, April 3, Deputies made conducted a traffic stop on Michael Collins, 30 of Lexington. After officers located methamphetamine, Collins was arrested for possession of paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance.

On Monday, April 4, deputies served warrants and additional charged were also levied.

Patrick Cozart, 31 of Scottsburg was arrested on a warrant for possession of a narcotic drug and escape.

Charles Nealis, 33 of Austin was arrested on a warrant for dealing methamphetamine and while making the arrest deputies located additional methamphetamine and other controlled substances resulting in new charges of possession of paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance.

Alyssa Snipp, 31 of Scottsburg was arrested on a warrant for dealing in methamphetamine and while making the arrest deputies located methamphetamine and other controlled substances resulting with new charges of possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance, child neglect, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of paraphernalia.

All four were incarcerated in Scott County Jail.
