Four people were incarcerated in Scott County Jail last week on charges of possession or dealing in methamphetamine.
On Thursday, July 29, Scott county Sheriff’s Deputies Kacey Reschar and Johnney Coomer conducted a traffic stop in rural Scott County. Their investigation led to the arrest of Larry Dunn, 48, of Jeffersonville, for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a common nuisance and held on a Clark Circuit Court 3 warrant.
On Wednesday, Aug. 4, Deputy James Ward responded to rural Scott County on a report of a suspicious person. His investigation led to the arrest of Amanda Keeton, 38, of Scottsburg on two counts of dealing methamphetamine.
On Thursday morning, Aug. 5, Deputy JR Ward made a traffic stop in Austin. The driver was identified as Tiffany Wallace, 46, of Scottsburg. Ward’s investigation led to the arrest of Wallace for possession of methamphetamine and resisting law enforcement.
Later that night, Detective Paul Clute, Deputies Balingit, and Brown served a search warrant at a motel in Scottsburg in ongoing investigation.
The search warrant and investigation led to the arrest of Melissa Adams, 44, of Scottsburg dealing methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a common nuisance, and resisting law enforcement.
