Royalty Roofing USA, based in Seymour, has announced its acquisition of Rodd Roofing, a Vermont-based roofing contractor with more than a century of service to homeowners and businesses throughout St. Johnsbury and the surrounding communities. Founded by the Rodd family over 100 years ago, Rodd Roofing has built a longstanding reputation for delivering exceptional residential and commercial roofing solutions.

Through its sister company, Majestic Facility Services, Royalty Roofing USA also offers commercial facility maintenance and repair services across an extensive national network.
