Century Communities, Inc., a top 10 national homebuilder, has announced it is expanding into Austin with construction into two existing subdivisions on the city’s north east and east side.
Homes valued in the high $100’s are planned for an 11 parcel existing subdivision on Bowles Circle in the north edge of Austin and an 11 homesite development on vacant parcels on Audrey Lane north of State Road 256 on the city’s east side.
The single-family homes on Bowles Circle will be three bedroom, two bath single story homes up to 1,439 square feet, according to the press release. Three & four bedroom, 2 bath homes up to 1,600 square feet are planned along Audry Lane.
