Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Crothersville, Indiana, will hold a public hearing for the proposed voluntary annexation, which ordinance was introduced on August 4, 2026. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 6:30 PM, at the Crothersville Town Hall, 111 E. Howard Street, Crothersville, Indiana 47229.

Information regarding the proposed boundaries, extension of services, and fiscal impact is available for inspection and copying at the Town Hall. Interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard regarding the proposed annexation.

Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) to obtain assistance from the State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan Program

The Town of Crothersville will hold a public hearing at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at the Town Hall, 111 E. Howard St, Crothersville, IN 47229.

The Town of Crothersville’s engineering consultant, Gonzalez Companies, LLC, will present the recommended project for SRF funding, which will include construction of an elevated storage tank, upgrades to the water treatment facility, a new well to feed the town’s water supply, and various valve and mainline replacement throughout the town, as described in the PER. The project will befunded through an SRF loan.

At this hearing, there will be an opportunity for questions and comments from the public. Participation is welcomed and encouraged. If special assistance is required a the meeting, please contact the Town Hall at 812-793-2311, or by emailing office@crothersville.in.gov. The PER is available for public viewing starting August 12, 2026, through August 31, 2026. Written comments regarding this

project should be sent to Danieta Foster, 111 E Howard St, or by email at office@crothersville.in.gov, prior to August 31, 2026.
