The Tri-County Conservation Club will be hosting a Catch & Release Fishing Derby, this Saturday, May 31, from 4-5 p.m. for area youth ages 5-17.
Youngsters will be divided into groups of 5-8, 9-12 and 13-17 years of age.
From 5:30-6:30 p.m. the club will have an Adult Fishing Derby for ages 18 and up.
Prizes will be given to the Biggest Fish and then to the total weight for winners from each group.
Each participant is required to bring their own bait, container to house the fish, and equipment. Everyone is restricted to one pole.
You do not have to be a member to join in this Derby.
Hot dogs, chips, and drinks will be available.
