School Registration Next Tuesday, 1st Day Of Class Aug. 4
While students may have just settled into a summer vacation routine, Crothersville Community School officials announced pre-registration for all student will be held next Tuesday, July 21.
Registration for all new and returning students will be held from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. next Tuesday, July 21m in the foyer between the two high school gymnasiums.
Parents should bring their child to register as well as the child’s birth certificate, immunization records, social security number.
Additionally, parent need to provide their address, employment information, and emergency phone numbers.
School officials said parents should set aside this time to pay text book rental, deposit money into their child’s lunch account, complete lunch and textbook assistance forms as well as complete the required enrollment process.
Jr.-Sr. High School; students will be able to get locker assignments and purchase the required student planner and parking permit.
There will be a special 6th grade parent & student orientation on Thursday, July 30 at 6 p.m. in the school cafetorium. For students starting Junior high School, this is a most important training and informational meeting for students and parents, local school officials stressed.
Elementary book rental fees are as follows: Kindergarten, $76; Grade 1, $112; Grade 2, $110; Grade 3, $86; Grade 4, $104; Grade 5, $96.
Student meal prices are $2.25 for lunch and $1.25 for breakfast.
The first day of classes will be Tuesday, Aug. 4. The school day is from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
