An untimely water main break on Bard Street Saturday morning sent town utility workers into emergency fix-it mode. While repairs were being made the Red, White & Blue Festival Parade went off without a hitch (well, there were horses hitched to a carriage) with a slightly longer parade route detouring around the repair site. Water was back on in town shortly after the parade was completed.
