An Indiana State Police trooper and a probation officer from Scott County attempted tried to serve an arrest warrant last Tuesday, Aug. 6, at 228 Larry Lane in Scottsburg. When the trooper began talking with the man who answered the door, the officer noticed drug paraphernalia in plain view.
A search of the residence located nearly an ounce of what is believed to be Methamphetamine, Lorazepam, Hydrocodone, and marijuana as well as drug paraphernalia.
Glenn M. Fox, 34, from Scottsburg, was charged with possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver; possession of a schedule controlled substances, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.
The person wanted on warrant was not located, police noted.
