Sunday afternoon two Jackson County residents were arrested on multiple drug charges following a traffic stop.
Trooper Randel Miller stopped a 2000 Honda passenger car on S.R. 250 near Uniontown for a traffic violation just before 3 p.m.. During the course of the traffic stop he became suspicious of possible criminal activity.
A search revealed seven individual bags of crystal methamphetamine, 25 Kolonipin pills, three Xanax pills, a meth smoking pipe, and three Hydrocodone pills.
The driver, 53 year-old Carl D. Clark of Seymour was arrested for dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, and driving under the influence
A passenger in the vehicle, 37 year-old Heather R. Scott of Crothersville was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
A 12 year-old male passenger was released to his adult brother.
Both Clark and Scott were transported to the Jackson County Jail where they are currently being held without bail.
