Crothersville Times Reporter Olivia Tucker received a photography award at the Vincennes University 2023 Juried Student Art Exhibition last Thursday.
The student art exhibition is an art show that features various works by the students throughout the school year and is judged by a collegiate level professor of art or photography.
Vincennes University students apply to have their work to be featured, however, not every student gets their artwork or photography into the exhibition. Tucker got three photographs into the exhibition and won honorable mention for her photograph “Bedford, Indiana”.
She is pictured with two of her photographs, “Bedford, Indiana” and “The Shoals News” that are displayed currently at The Shircliff Gallery of Art at Vincennes University.
