Former Crothersville Clerk-Treasurer Terry Richey was sworn in as the newest town councilwoman on Tuesday, June 1. She took the oath of office while her husband Duane Richey held a Bible. The two-term former clerk-treasurer was appointed to fill the term of Katie Masters who resigned her elected post to work in the Crothersvile Town Hall office.
