The Jackson County Sheriff’s Department will be hosting their annual Easter egg hunt on Saturday, March 30 beginning at 11 a.m. in the field south of the Jackson County Jail on State Road 250 in Brownstown.
Over 8,000 eggs will be hidden for youngsters in age groups birth to 3 years old, 4-6 years old, 7-9 years old, and 10-12 years old.
Top prize in each age group is a bicycle.
The Easter Bunny is scheduled to make an appearance to greet youngsters.
