The City of Scottsburg has announced a settlement agreement that marks a significant step in collaborative efforts with Scott County Regional Sewer District to enhance and modernize the city’s regional sewer infrastructure. Scottsburg’s Mayor Terry Amick expressed his enthusiasm for the agreement, which resolves outstanding issues and sets a positive course for future cooperation. “Both parties have worked diligently to reach a resolution that benefits our community, ensuring that the sewer services provided are both reliable and sustainable,” he said.
