On Friday, July 26, deputies with the Scott County Sheriff’s Department were alerted that a red SUV was driving erratically on Highway 31 near Scott Memorial Hospital. Deputy Johnney Coomer and Deputy Skylar Thompson located a vehicle matching the description made a traffic stop to question the driver, Tammy McIntosh, 41, of Scottsburg.
McIntosh told deputies that she was driving on a suspended operator’s licenses. The deputies observed McIntosh to be acting impaired. While searching her vehicle found controlled substance and paraphernalia.
McIntosh was incarcerated in Scott County Jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On Tuesday July 30, Deputies Joe Baker and James Shelton responded to a business in Lexington which had reported a theft. Deputies questioned Barbara Dixon, 47, of Lexington and subsequently charged her with theft, forgery and check deception.
On July 31, 2019, Captain Joe Guarneri, Lieutenant Shawn Mayer and Deputies Jamie Royce and Carl Hall were alerted to a possible break-in in progress on Crothersville Road in northern Scott County.
When they arrived at the home they spoke with Crystal Bohall, 41, of Madison. After questioning Bohall was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and criminal trespass.
All three were incarcerated in Scott County Jail.
