Scott County Sheriff’s Deputies charged three people with a variety of offenses last week.
On Friday, April 16, Deputy Johnney Coomer made a traffic stop in rural Scott County. After questioning the driver, Dennis Stoner, 35, of Otisco, Stoner was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a narcotic drug, possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of paraphernalia and trafficking with an inmate.
On Monday April 19, Deputies Keith Hartman and James Ward responded to a medical emergency in rural Scott County. When they arrived at the scene, their investigation led to the arrest of Robert Collins, 38, of Austin for possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance.
On Wednesday, April 21, Deputy John Hartman went to an address in rural Scott County to serve a Scott Circuit Court arrest warrant. When he arrived he located Travis Pate, 29, of Austin who was arrested on the outstanding arrest warrant for failure to comply with a court order.
All three were incarcerated in Scott County Jail.
