Ella Rahe (center) was crowned Miss Scott County Fair 2023 this past Saturday evening beginning this week’s fair festivities. She is the daughter of Mark and Jennifer Rahe. Queen Ella was also voted Miss Congeniality 2023 by the other queen candidates.
With Miss Scott County is Princess Kylie Walker, daughter of Brent and Katy Walker and 2022 Miss Scott County Fair Brinley Soloe.
