Little Miss Kendall Richey and Little Master Marshall McCoskey were crowned July 3 during the start of last week’s Scott County Fair. Kendall is the daughter of Randy and Kaitlyn Richey while Marshall is the son of Jordan and Kimberly McCoskey.
