Schneck Medical Center will host a free workshop on legal and financial planning for the elderly with featured speakers Lora Mount and Blake Reed, elder care attorneys at Voelz, Reed, Mount, LLC. Mount and Reed will discuss the many changes that have been made over the past year affecting legal and financial planning as well as financial power of attorney, living wills, Medicaid and Medicare benefits, VA benefits, and much more.
The program will be held on Thursday, August 15, 5:30 to 7:00 p.m., in the Schneck Auditorium, Seymour.
Refreshments will be served and adult caregivers will be available.
