Schneck Medical Center has announced the launch of its online Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and they invite all members of the community to participate.
“The health and well-being of our community are of paramount importance to us,” said Eric Fish, MD, MBA, FACOG, President & CEO of Schneck. “As we strive to continually improve our services and address the evolving needs of our community, your input is invaluable. By participating in this CHNA, you have the opportunity to share your perspectives, concerns, and priorities regarding health issues affecting our community.”
A CHNA is a comprehensive process that helps identify the most pressing health issues facing the community. It involves gathering data, assessing health indicators, and soliciting input from community members. The insights gained from this assessment will inform Schneck’s strategic planning and resource allocation to better serve the needs of the community.
Participating in Schneck’s online CHNA is easy and convenient, and there are several ways community members can complete the survey. The survey link is available on Schneck’s website and its social media channels including Facebook and Instagram the link is https://main.irharedcap.org/surveys/?s=933AYED3DTN79339. In addition, printed copies can be picked up at the Greeter’s Desk on the main campus of the medical center Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The survey covers a range of topics including access to healthcare, chronic disease management, mental health, and community resources. Your responses will remain confidential and will be aggregated with others to identify common themes and trends.
By participating in this CHNA, residents are helping shape the future of healthcare in our community. Your input will directly influence Schneck’s priorities and initiatives aimed at promoting health equity and improving the overall well-being of all community members.
Schneck’s online CHNA survey will close on August 16.
