Royalty Roofing, located in Seymour, recently announced the acquisition of Zimmer Roofing & Construction of Port Huron, Michigan located on the shores of Lake Huron on the US-Canadian border. Zimmer Roofing & Construction has served the Eastern Michigan area for over 35 years. This acquisition supports Royalty Roofing’s growth initiatives and expansion throughout the United States.
Royalty Roofing, established locally in 1986, completed the acquisition as an additional opportunity to build scale and establish offices in key markets throughout the U.S. With corporate headquarters in Seymour, Royalty Roofing has satellite locations in Warsaw, Batesville, Evansville, as well as Fort Myers, FL, Orlando, FL, and Colorado Springs, CO and now Port Huron, MI.
Royalty Roofing’s founder and Crothersville native Andy Royalty, said, “Paul and Stacy Zimmer have built an amazing team with a family-oriented atmosphere, which I believe aligns perfectly with the Royalty culture. As the Royalty Roofing family continues to grow, the company plans to leverage the established market presence of Zimmer Roofing & Construction to drive further expansion in the roofing industry. The integration process has already begun with both companies working closely to ensure a smooth transition, Royalty said.
