NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS
OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Jackson County, Indiana, that the proper legal officer of Jackson County at their regular meeting place at Jackson County Courthouse Annex, at 6:00 p.m. on the 14th day of December, 2016, will consider the following appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year.
County General Fund
Other Services & Charges 6,500
Total County General Fund 6,500
Interpreter Grant (Drug/Alcohol Fund
Personal Services 1,800
Total Interpreter Grant (Drug/Alcohol Fund 1,800
Surveyor’s Cornerstone Fund
Other Services & Charges 1,575
Total Surveyor’s Cornerstone Fund 1,575
Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of local Government Finance (DLGF). The DLGF will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.

SPECIFICATIONS FOR 2017 MODEL L70H WHEEL LOADER
Bid will be accepted for a 2017 Wheel Loader or equivalent, can be picked up at the Jackson County Highway Department.
Wheel Loader to be delivered to the Jackson County Highway Department, 360 S County Road 25 E, Brownstown, IN 47220. Approximated delivery date requested.
Bids accepted no later than 4:00 p.m., December 19, 2016.
