Aisin Chemical Indiana, LLC (ACIN) located at 1004 Industrial Way, Crothersville, Indiana, 47229 is submitting a Notice of Intent (NOI) letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15‐6 to discharge storm water exposed to industrial activities. Storm water enters one of two detention ponds on the facility, with overflows into Nehrt Ditch. Questions or comments should be directed to Rob Combs at the facility address listed above.
