NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Town of Crothersville, Indiana will offer for sale and receive sealed bids for the following vehicles previously used by the Town:
2000 Chevrolet S-10 has 126,056 miles
2000 Silverado 1500 has approximately 140,000 miles
Bids must be delivered to Town Hall, Office of the Clerk-Treasurer, 111 East Howard Street, Crothersville, Indiana 47229, by 4:00 PM EST time on Tuesday, November 5, 2013. No late bids will be accepted after 4:00 PM for any reason whatsoever. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the Town Council meeting on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at 5:30 PM. After opening the bids, any bona-fide bidder will be allowed to increase the amount of the bid in a private auction-type manner. If no acceptable bid is received, the sale may be continued from day to day thereafter until the vehicles are sold. The Town Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Payment in full shall be made in cash or by cashier’s check no later than Friday, December 3, 2013 at 4:00 PM.
