The Crothersville Police Department will be hosting an open house this Sunday, December 20, from 2-4 p.m. at the new police station located at the corner of Preston and Moore Streets.
“I invite our residents to stop by, meet with police officers, and tour the community’s new police station,” said Chief of Police Vurlin McIntosh.
The chief said that the new non-emergency phone number if 793-0049. If there is no answer, residents can call 812-358-2141 24 hours a day, said McIntosh.
“Of course, if it is an emergency, dial 9-1-1 for help,” he said. “We also have a Crime Tip Line 24-Hours a day. If you have a Crime Tip you can call 812-793-2196 you do not have to leave your name. This number is monitored by the Chief of Police only.”
