Southern Indiana Center for the Arts is bringing back their popular sampler series in October. The fall art series will be held every Tuesday in October 6-8:30 pm. This is a perfect opportunity for those who want to try something new. Participants will personalize their own pottery piece, learn how to use a dremel tool when carving a gourd, paint a fall ‘welcome’ slate shingle, and weave a ‘bat’ basket.
Series class price of $75.00 includes all supplies and instruction to complete all four projects in the series. SICA members will receive a 20% discount bringing their price to $60.00.
Class size is limited; pre-registration and prepayment will be required. Reserve your spot by calling Southern Indiana Center for the Arts at 812-522-2278 or e-mail sicatreasurer@frontier.com. Project pictures are available for viewing at www.soinart.com.
