Fink, a rural Crothersville resident, retired this summer after 15 years’ service as the Jackson County Veterans Service Officer. A career military man, Fink retired from the Navy in 1992.
Because of his service to his country and the veterans of Jackson County, the Crothersville native was selected for the Octoberfest parade marshal honor.
