Crothersville’s only medical office, Crothersville Family Medicine will be closing next month, it was announced this week.
The medical office located at the corner of Moore and Preston Streets will close on November.
Patients will need to call the office by the closing date to request a copy of their records. The records will be stored at Jackson Park Physicians after that date and will be available for duplication there.
