7. I was previously appointed successor co-guardian of Mason Marvin Hall by the Clark Circuit Court 4 in Cause Number 10C04-l901-GU-1 and Jessica Kazlo consented to my appointment as such on May 3, 2023. That guardianship expired in July 2023.

8. Diligent search and inquiry have been made to learn Jessica Kazlo’s whereabouts and the same has not been discovered.

9. This Affidavit is made for the purpose of permitting the guardianship of Mason Marvin Hall and to secure service on Jessica Kazlo by publication.

7. The persons most closely related to Mason Marvin Hall by blood is his father or who consents to Petitioner’s appointment as Guardian of the Person and Estate as set forth above.

12. It is necessary that a Guardian be appointed for Mason Marvin Hall in order to provide for his care, custody, support and maintenance due to his incapacity and that the Verified Petition is in the best interest of Mason Marvin Hall.
