Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be opened or considered and will be returned unopened to the bidder.
Federal and State wage rate determinations are not required.
Bidders must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Anti-Kickback Act, the Contract Work Hours Standard Act, and the Davis-Bacon Act.
