The Scott County YMCA is requesting separate sealed bids for the renovation of a portion of the existing building envelope that previously housed the pool at the Scott County YMCA. The scope includes the removal of the existing walls and roof to the pre-engineered structural steel and structurally engineered (by pre-engineered manufacturer) and replaced, per the bid documents.  Sealed bids will be received by the Scott County YMCA at 805 W Community Way, Scottsburg, In 47170 until 2:00 pm eastern time (local project time), Thursday, June 19, 2025.  Bids shall have the project name clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “Scott County YMCA Envelope Replacement READI Project”. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the conference room at 2:00 pm local time on the same date bids are received.  Please use the bid form provided in the specifications.
