NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Washington Superior Court of Washington County, Indiana, in Cause No. 88D01-2209-MF-000538, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Shalyn Newbolds and State of Indiana were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 18th day of March, 2025, at the hour of 10 a.m., at 801 Jackson Street, Salem, IN 47167, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Washington County, Indiana.
Lot #12 and Lot #13 in the Luke Bressie Addition to the Town (now City) of Salem in Washington County, Indiana, EXCEPT 22 feet of equal width off of the north side of said Lot #13.
