The project consists of the following construction work: North Dowling Street from State Road 256 to Old State Road 256. Length of the project – 0.184 miles
The project needs removal of all existing roadway surfaces and bases as required in undercut areas followed by undercutting and backfilling the compacted stone to stabilize the subgrade. The flexible pavement surface is required to be replaced with a concrete surface. All the utilities are required to be relocated to the limits of right-of-way to provide protection. Improving ditching, curbs, gutters, catch basins, headwalls and associated appurtenances as a part of storm drainage. New signs need to be installed and upgradation of entrances to local businesses.
