The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Seymour, Indiana will hold a public hearing on the 24th day of September 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at Seymour City Hall, 301-309 N Chestnut St, Seymour, Indiana, enter 3rd St. entrance, (via GoToMeeting https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/384057085) on an “Application for Development Standards Variance” for real estate within the jurisdiction of the Board of Zoning Appeals. The name of the applicant is Robin Freeman and the owner is the same.

The affected real estate is 2855 Whitney Way, and it fronts Whitney Way.

The applicant is requesting a Variance at 2855 Whitney Way. He is wanting to vary from the 20 ft rear setback to be at a 10 ft. setback to build a garage.
