Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on Real Estate Against the property commonly known as 503 E US Highway 150, Hardinsburg, IN 47125-8513 and described as follows:
Lots number two and three in Block “A” in Lapping’s Addition to the Town of Hardinsburg, Indiana, according to the plat thereof recorded in Deed Record 8-4, at pages 92 and 93 in the Office of the County Recorder of Washington County, Indiana.
