The proposed term of the Amended and Restated Lease Agreement with the Building Corporation, dated as of May 14, 2024 and including any addendums subsequently entered into between the City and the Building Corporation (collectively, the “Lease”), will not exceed forty (40) years after the Leased Premises (as defined in the Lease) are completed and ready for use. The Lease further provides for terms concerning the use, maintenance, repair, operating and utility costs, indemnification and insurance, destruction of the Leased Premises, defaults, remedies, option to purchase, and other miscellaneous matters.
