To all interested parties: this is notification that the Scott County RSD Collection System Improvements project is categorically excluded from substantive environmental review. The SRF is submitting the CE for public notice.

LEGAL NOTICE

State Of Indiana

County Of Scott

In The Scott Superior Court

Cause No: 72D01-2208-AD-0037

IN THE MATTER OF THE ADOPTION OF

ETHAN MICHAEL NAPIER, A MINOR

NOTICE OF ADOPTION TO TRACEY NAPIER

Tracey Napier is notified that a Petition for Adoption of a child, named Ethan Michael Napier, born to Tracey Napier, on September 4, 2012, was filed in the office of the clerk of the Scott Superior Court, Courthouse, 1 East McClain Avenue, Suite 120, Scottsburg, Indiana 47170. The Petition for Adoption alleges that the consent to adoption of Tracey Napier is not required because: (1) for a period of at least one year she has failed without justifiable cause to communicate significantly with the child when able to do so or has knowingly failed to provide for the care and support of the child when able to do so as required by law or judicial decree, and/or (2) because she is unfit to be a parent and the best interests of the child would be served if the court dispensed with her consent.

If Tracey Napier seeks to contest the adoption of the child, Tracey Napier must file a motion to contest the adoption in accordance with IC 31-19-10-1 in the above-named court

not later than thirty (30) days after the date of service of this notice.

If Tracey Napier does not file a motion to contest the adoption within thirty (30) days after service of this notice the above-named court will hear and determine the petition for adoption. The consent to adoption of Tracey Napier will be irrevocably implied and Tracey Napier will lose the right to contest either the adoption or the validity of Tracey Napier’s implied consent to the adoption.

No statement made to Tracey Napier relieves Tracey Napier of Tracey Napier’s obligations under this notice.

This notice complies with IC 31-19-4.5-3 but does not exhaustively set forth a person’s legal obligations under the Indiana adoption statutes. A person being served with this notice should consult the Indiana adoption statutes.
