The City of Austin congratulated Howard Watts on his recent retirement. Howard was an employee in the Wastewater Department for forty-two years.
“During his time of service he was an incredible leader, dependable, loyal, and always a pleasure to work with,” said Austin Mayor Roger Hawkins. “He is wished all the best as he embarks on a new chapter in his life and will certainly be missed.”
Mayor Hawkins, along with Administrative Assistant Melissa Turner, presented Watts with a retirement plaque in appreciation for his years of service and dedication.
