Two Austin men were arrested by Indiana State Police officers on March 25 for allegedly stealing scrap metal from an area inside the March 2 tornado disaster area near Henryville.
Douglas Sizemore, 44, and David Sizemore, 37, both of Clay Street in Austin were each charged with theft and criminal trespass. They were incarcerated in Clark County Jail.
Earlier on Friday, March 23, a New Albany couple was charged in Washington County for allegedly taking scrap metal from various locations in the Washington County tornado area. Darrell and Debora Crone were arrested and incarcerated in the Washington County Jail. Darrell Crone, 47, was charged with theft; Debora J. Crone, 52, was charged with theft, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a legend drug.
