The Crothersville FFA held their annual awards banquet last Thursday to honor their own and members of the community. The 92 area residents in attendance heard guest speaker Southern Region Vice President Ethan McNeely from Scottsburg.
Becky Sawyer and Bobby Riley were named honorary members of the local FFA and Vaughn Isenhower was named VIP.
Local FFA members recognized included: Jacoby Gillis, Star Ag Placement, 11th grade points winner, 2nd place state Ag Placement Proficiency; Mason Lemen, Star Farmer and 12th grade points winner; Derrick Maxie, 10th grade points winner; Brady Riley, Up and Coming Star; Gaby Walters, 9th grade points winner.
Deven Lemen, Star Greenhand; Madison Isenhower, Most Improved High School FFA member; Kalynda Hoevener, Star Discovery; Carson Farmer, 6th grade points winner; Noah Hoskins, 8th grade points winner; Andrew Prince, Most Improved Junior High member and 7th grade points winner.
