Edward Wright of Seymour, formerly of Crothersville, will be 100 years old this Sunday, Sept 8. The family invites anyone who knows Edward to an Open House from 2-5 p.m. at his home on 210 Bishop Drive on Seymour’s westside this Sunday for cake and ice cream.
Ed worked at the old US Shoe Factory in Crothersville for 23 years, 20 years at the old American Can, and two years at Cummins. He was Crothersville-Vernon Township Fire Chief for many years and was a 75-year member of the old Masonic Lodge in Crothersville.
The Wright Family: Edward, Barbara, Kenneth, Cherryl; eight grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren extend a warm invited to Crothersville residents to join Ed in the centennial celebration.
