Indiana Department of Transportation contractor Force Construction Company is scheduled to close State Road 250 near Uniontown on or after Monday, April 7, to complete a culvert replacement project.
The closure will take place between South County Road 1025 East and U.S. 31 and is expected to be complete in mid-May, weather permitting. While the official INDOT detour is U.S. 31 to U.S. 50 to S.R. 11; locals can use CR 400 to 1025 to SR 250 from the south and CR 200 to 1025 from the north.
This project is part of a $1.3 million contract awarded to Force Construction in September 2024.
