Crothersville Parks will sponsor the first day of fall Music in the Park: Bardstock 2023 at Bard Street Park this Saturday, Sept. 23, from 5-9 p.m. The public is invited to attend this free, family-friendly, community event. Attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable food donations to help stock the little food pantries at the Bard Street and Veterans’ Park.
GrillO’s food truck will be serving up dinner and local performers will entertain.
An open mic begins at 5. Those who wish to perform a story, poem, or music should sign up at the shelterhouse from 4:30-5 p.m.
Brian Fink will play from 6-7:30 p.m. and Straight Shooter closes the show from 7:30-9 p.m.
The public is invited to carpool and bring lawn chairs as parking and seating will be limited.
