The current members of the Crothersville Senior Citizens are looking for a building to which to meet.
“We have recently sold our building due to maintenance and repair costs as well as the lack of attendance since we reopened after the Covid 19 pandemic,” said local member Patti Hardgrove. “Some of our members have had to transition into nursing facilities and a few have passed away. We believe our donations can be more wisely spent if we can obtain a smaller building in better condition.”
She said the group’s current membership is quite small and the expense of utilities, insurance, and needed repairs are a strain that we believe could be eliminated by a more practical building.
