Registration for all students planning to attend Crothersville Community Schools will be held next Tuesday, July 27, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Parents registering students new to the school must bring: Birth Certificates, Immunization Records, Social Security Numbers, Name and Address of their former School.
In addition all parents registering students must supply the school with their address & job information and the phone number of the person who can be reached during the school day should your child become sick or injured.
“This registration time is set aside for parents & guardians to register and handle the required enrollment processes, pay textbook rental, deposit money in your child’s lunch account, and complete “Lunch and Textbook Assistance” Forms,” said CHS Principal David Schill. “Your child may attend but do not send your child alone.”
Jr.-Sr. High School students will receive a copy of their class “book rental” charges for the 2010/2011 school year, get their locker assignments, and be able to purchase their required student planner and parking permit.
There will be a special Sixth Grade Parent/Student Middle School Orientation held on Thursday, July 29, at 6:30 p.m. in the cafetorium. If your child is just starting into Middle School please plan to attend this training and informational meeting.
•Student meal prices will remain the same: $2.00 for lunch and $1.00 for breakfast.
•Jr.-Sr. High book rental fees are based on each student’s class schedule and Elementary book rental fees are as follows: Kindergarten, $86; 1st Grade, $96; 2nd Grade, $88; 3rd Grade, $98; 4th Grade, $84; 5th Grade, $88.
Parents should come prepared to pay book rental fees at registration, school officials said.
•All registrations will be held in the office of the principals.
