Spring time always brings so much energy and creativity at Crothersville Elementary School. ‘Grandma’ Carolyn Weddle, music teacher, works all year encouraging and teaching the kids a vast array of genres, vocal music and instruments.
This year’s third graders had a lot of fun, and definitely met the challenge with so many great instruments they made at home. None of the instruments were the same, but a lot of percussion family instruments were exhibited.
” I want to thank each child, parent and definitely their teachers, Macey Stuckwisch & Alee Bowman for helping them and encouraging them to do their best”, said Weddle.
This year’s winners receiving trophies were: Asher Baker, Forrest Helblig, Ruby Law, and Braygan Ashley.
