Indiana Department of Transportation contractor Ragle, Inc. will begin a bridge rehabilitation project on State Road 258 over East Fork White River Overflow just west of the East Fork White River on or after Tuesday, April 1, in Jackson County.
Work at this location will take place between Seymour and Cortland and is expected to be complete in early July. Temporary traffic signals will be utilized while work is in progress. Signage will be placed in the area prior to the start of construction.
Following this work, an additional bridge rehabilitation project will take place on S.R. 258 also between Cortland and Seymour as part of this contract.
This work is part of a $1.9 million contract awarded Ragle in September 2024.
